Dark under eye circle is a common problem that adds a negative effect to our
appearance. But every problem has a solution and for that we must have to get
into the root of the problem. The under eye skin is one of the most delicate
areas and should always be treated with utmost care. It is extremely sensitive
and can be easily affected by many factors.
Often lack of sleep has been identified as the cause of dark under eye circles. But it is a
misconception. Many different factors may be responsible for dark under eye circles.

factors identified are:
ALLERGIES
The most common cause of dark
under eye circles is nasal congestion and allergies. Due to this
congestion, the veins which drain from the eyes to the nose increase in size
and become darker. It may result from any food allergy or environmental
allergens.

or juice of potato is noted to help reducing dark under eye circles and swelling.

Mint: Crushed mint

area, may be effective in reducing the dark appearance.

Tea bags: For
immediate results cold tea bags can be effective. It may result in visible
reduced dark under eye circles.
First steep the tea bags and then place it in the refrigerator and let it get
cool. Now place the tea bags on the eye area for 15 to 20 minutes.

Avoid Dehydration: Lack of proper quantity of water may result in dark under eye circles. Lack of water effects in lack of moisture
